On Thursday 24th May
2007, The Henllan
Good Companions placed a seat outside the Village Shop and Post
Office in memory of one of their members, Olive Jones. Olive Died
in February 2007, and in March we held a Coffee Morning to raise
money for the seat. Community members came along and we raised
£620. This enabled us to place the seat and send £100 to four local Cancer
Charities.
Olive was a loved and valued
member of the Community.
