To develop a community
association to retain and maintain the former public convenience
in the Top Park, Henllan.
The facility is to be
maintained for the benefit of the Community and Community
organisations.
The initial intention is
to use the facility for pre-arranged events only.
All organisations using the
facility will pay a nominal charge to assist with the maintenance
and administration costs.
Further exploration of
sponsorship and grant aid will be investigated as a priority by
the Management Committee to ensure adequate resources to maintain
the infrastructure of the building together with ancillary
services.
Self help in the form of
volunteer labour and contributions of material assistance are to be
encouraged to limit costs.
Whilst further development
of the aims of the association is not currently envisaged it would
be naive to assume that this would not be the case if the
situation warranted it.
